Please note that photos and short videos will be taken throughout the Conference for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, kindly inform the photographer on site.

We will primarily use the visual material for social media content (e.g. stories and posts). If you require photos for your own use, we kindly ask you to take them yourself during the event.
